temp internet files

Is there a way to keep my computer from storing jpegs, gifs and urls when I surf the net? I clear cookies, cache and history and still the files are in my temp internet files and I am sure other places.

Try the following:
Go to Tools>Internet Options
Under Temporary Internet Files Go to settings. Set it to 0 mb. Clear the temporary internet files. See if that works.
