Now I know there are better programs out there for using voice via the net, but I kind of need assistance with MSN because it's what I need in this particular case.
Up until about a month ago I never had a problem with voice, now it seems it does not work at all. I can hear fine, but voice doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that does not work. I have checked all the sound settings I have and they are where they should be.
I get prompted every so often to dowload a voice chip that I need to be able to use voice. The link takes me to the msn messenger website and have tried downloading it there in the hope that the missing files or whatever I would need for voice are included. But as of now no such luck.
Any suggestions?
