Hi. Whenever I try to change the internet access for any program, Norton freezes. I have to restart my computer to restart Norton. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

Umm get a new virus scan.
I suggest Kaspersky Anti-Virus
Or Defrag your harddrive and run a Error Check.
