constant errors

Ok I have reformatted 3 times with xp and once with 2000 professional and every os I get this error ( all updates/drivers which are needed are installed and updated )

Here is the error :"program".exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.You will need to restart the program.And error log is being created.

It will happen with everything that uses the internet to my knowledge.

are you loading any other programs or is the error just coming from windows?

I do not know what it's coming from tbh.Just i'll have something open then a few minutes or maybe even hours it will come up as "program".exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows

What applications/programs besides just windows have you loaded? firewalls? Virus scanners? Screen savers, different web browsers, instant messanger etc.

also what is running in the processes tab of the windows task manager?
