Like a floppy disk?
Well Go to My Computer CLick on the A:/ drive while the floppy disk in in the drive. select all the files you want to copy to your computer (click and hold mouse button to draw box around those files then release the button or hold down ctrl and select the files you want.) Now right click and hit copy. Now go to a folder you want to put them in (Maybe My Documents) and right click and choose paste.

Use Windows Explorer which in Me you will find under Start > Programs > Accessories. Expand My Computer and you'll see all your disks listed there. Click on the 3 1/2 inch Floppy and then on the Right Hand Pane you'll see the contents of the disk. Highlight the file(s) you want to transfer, then in the toolbar you'll see two icons side by side - one for "Move To" and one for "Copy To". Select the type of action you want and then you'll be asked to select the destination, select where you want it to go and you're done.
