Angry \WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced ..help!

my windows 2000 computer will not boot. it starts to load and then an error message appears that say something along the lines of:
Windows 2000 cannot start because the following files may be corrupt or missing : winnt\system32\config\systemced
Please repair(or do something) with the original Windows 2000 Setup floppy or CD
I have looked seemingly all over the internet and there doesnt seem to be an error message just like this, it does not contain the word "root" like all the others i found. I do not have any Windows 2000 CD's or floppys and i cannot access the SETUP area of the boot because it is protected by an administrative password i do not have (its a used computer). I have read that i could use my emergency boot disk but i dont have one, is their somewhere i could download one? I have tried going to Advanced Startup Mode and selecting safe mode and Last Working (or whatever it is) Configuration, didn't work! Please, someone help me! Is my computer shot? I am so aggravated with it I might shoot it!

Here is your error and steps to fix it......

You will need to make the 2K setup floppies to be able to boot to the recovery console. You can get the download for them here...
