I need help. I am missing dll files and now I cannot get on the internet. Since I am unable to get on the internet, I cannot download the dll files that I need. Any suggestions?

A couple of suggestions....
Download the DLL's from another computer and burn them to disk.
You can try replacing the DLL's by running scannow. Go to start>run. Type in sfc /scannow (space after sfc). Have your original OS disk handy in case it asks for it.
