I just got a T1 line installed in my office. The company that installed it just put the jack in my office and didn't offer much explanation on how to connect it to my computer.
Do I just get some CAT5,and run it from the jack to my NIC card on my computer or do I need a router? At this point I am only going to use one computer with it.
Thanks in advance..........

You also need a T1modem.

Do you have any idea where, I would find one? Would I most likely need to order online or should a local computer store have one?
Thanks

I was doing some research online and I found that most sites say I need T1 cable, with a RJ48C connecter and a T1 card?
Can anyone with T1 experiance, offer any insight?
Thanks

I talked to a guy with a T1 line he said you need a T1 modem "like a cable modem but faster" he said.
