Linksys Problems

Received a new Dell laptop, Linksys wireless G router and Linksys wireless print server for Christmas. After several hours spent with Bellsouth & Linksys tech support got router to work with Westelle DSL modem, but now I can't get the print server to communicate with the router. Linksys tech support sent me back to Circuit City to exchange print server after several hours spent unsuccessfully trying to make it work. Now I am encountering the same problems with the new print server. Linksys support is hard to understand and has been of very little help.

If you can give us the model and ver number of the print server we can better pin point a fix for you. Also what exactly isn't working when you try to connect the device to the network?

Router: WRT54G
Print Server: WPS54G
Printer: Dell Photo Printer 720

Can print using desktop hard wired to router by network. When trying to print from laptop, print job spools but will print and error message pops up on laptop.

Any assistance you can provide will be most greatly appreciated.
