I need some help.

My computer is messed up. I cant :

listen to music, play any video or game, the colors and screen size wont change back to normal.

I dont know what to do, any troubleshooting doesnt work, people give me advice for something completely different than what i need to do. I dont have a clue what to do and any one who can help would be great. Oh and changing the settings for color and screen doesnt work , so ive already tried that it doesnt make a difference at all.

Follow up on your post in cyber safety, It may be the virus you have causing a lot of this.

i checked and now it said there is no virus. Can it still be affecting the files or whatever the virus does?
