logged off
I subscribe to a business web site that requires a sign on name & password. It has been working fine for 2 yrs now. I use a computer at the office to log on and my home computer. My home computer had a virus or two last week. When I log on at home to the business site the system allows me to sign on, it welcomes me by name than I input my search date and hit search. Then it logs me off due to inactivity.
The support staff at the site cannot help. The computer at the office works fine. I have logged on and off both computers. Thanx Ron |

Hi RonF - you will see that I have moved your other question regarding malware on your PC over to the Cyber Safety Forum. Its entirely possibly that this problem will cease to exist when we have removed all traces of the trojan from your system.
