I have a PC that requires administrator permisison to format the drive, install new software, modify the gpedit file, etc. THis PC also does not have a floppy drive, although it has have a CD drive.
I want to wipe everything off the hard drive and re-install Windows, but cannot.
The bootdisk process seems to be driven just from the floppy drive. Can this be done from the CD drive as well ? I don't have the system or recovery diskette for the system.
Any help would be appreciated !
