Hi. I am struggling to produce a line graph with 2 y axis for my demographic transistion model (graph of a countrys total pop, crude death and birth rates over a time period). I need total population on one y axis and crude birth and death rates on the other y axis. I then need year on the x axis.

If anyone know how to achieve this with the right fields on the right axis, give us a post,

Cheers. pete

Create the graph using your standard line graph wizard then right click on the plot line/s of the data you want on the second axis, Format Data Series > Axis Tab > Plot Series on... Secondary Axis.

I have just discovered that my total pop figures were using the format 343.343.343, thus I belive resulted in the problems. They are fixed now and I can now see all 3 lines.

P.S Do you know the formula to divide a column by 1000 and fill down

Thanks for you help
