Burning a Data File in Nero

I got a old version of Ahead nero but, I think it's not that old. I haven't a clue how to set up the burn right, I heard shortening the name can help because long names can cause errors it worked enough to tell me it's I have a problem and why it failed this is the the SS and all I know.

As you're burning an ISO, try lowering the speed from 16 to, say, 8x or even 4x.

I tried it at both 8x and 4x still the same message. It said something about a cd not being usable anymore cause of some reason after failed burns but, I'm not sure that's the problem.

I think I'm doing something wrong during setup. :(
