today When i was browsing amd website i saw the same processor with different steppings. what does that mean a small doubt in my mind waiting to get it clarified

So which is better with one with greater number or smaller one or it hardly makes any differnce?

It's just the revision. The latest would probably be best as the bugs from the previous version should have been sorted out.
