So what about that Walmart running from the union eh. There pay check must be the lowest price everyday! Managers pay check lowest price everyday plus tax plus added bonus to make up for that or not, plus discount maybe. Superviser same pay as Manager or lower prices everyday. Customers Medium or Higher or Lower prices everyday. Oh wait no, 1 penny for you first......... 3 days at work, no lets raise that, then lower prices every price everyday. End ooooof week pay discount 130 lowered everyday to $60 take hommme pay. Manager take home pay 96 dollars or lowered to $15 everyday take home pay or $2 off discount, lower prices everyday 13 that 13 dollars take home. Workers get $111 or lower prices $5 enough to buy a bar of soap everyday, Taaaakkkee that home. :rotflmao:

Llanfairpwllgwyngellgogorychllandrobwlchwentysilio gogogoch.
Llan (LAN) fair (fair) pwll (pull) gwy (guy) n (and) gellgogory (allegory) chll (chill) and (and) rob (rob) wlch (welsch) wenty (twenty) silio (silos) gogogoch (go go gadget chopter!)
So all together, it reads: LAN fair, pull guy and allegory, chill and rob welsch (of) twenty silos. (escape with) Go go gadget chopter!

Wasn't it just last year that Walmart got fined something like $11 millions for employing illegal immigrants! It was worked out that all their stores would have to be open for 20 minutes to pay off the fine.

Very intersting read - so on the one hand, they appear to be helping suppliers get more efficient, but in real terms, they are screwing them rotten.
Theres a similar scenario happening in the UK with Tesco, although they are renowned as being one of the better employers. They are screwing over the farmers quite badly and it's brewing up to be quite a big political hot-potato.

They need more illegals just to round up the shopping carts all over the parking lot. A wind blew one into my car. i got out, picked the stupid thing up (those carts are pretty heavy) and through it down the middle of the driveway hollering F this place and everyone in it.:curse:

Nick, sureley thats the fault of lazy shoppers, don't you have trolley parks in US shop car parks? Probably some lardy arse to worried about "their issues" to waddle ten yards to park the thing safely.
Nick Grana

Of course it's fat old lazy men and women that can't walk 10-15 feet to drop the cart off in a landing zone. They are all over. But it's Walmart's job to keep things in order and they don't do a good job. If the wind is blowing hard, carts are rolling all over the place. They have a roving guard security around but he's useless as teats on a bull.
Should be law like parking in handicap stop with no tag. $175 fine.
Need a shopping cart cop to impose fines like that.:rotflmao:

Good thinking, batman. I've just found my new weekend hobby ;)
Thought it was a bit strange, first time I ever went to a K-Mart with my ex-bro in law. He parked at the extreme far side of the car park on a slight incline. When I asked why, he simply replied "shopping carts". I thought he meant people could drive them and kept dinging his car, but i now understand it was for the "runaways".

the big annoyance round here at the mo, is people using up one and a bit bays for parking.
I know why they do it, and I sympathise (door dings), but boy is it bloody annoying when you cant get a space. I drive a Merc and a Renault, both a little wider than most cars on our roads, so a parking bay is tight at best.
Wouldn't it be better to teach people NOT to door ding.
(I feel a new rant thread comming on.......LOL)

mmmmmmmm, hard call. Depends on how I'm feeling prior to the infraction:D But it's fairly even with the "I'm to lazy to put on my handbrake (parking brake for you guys) while I sit at these traffic lights in the dark, so I'll dazzle the guy behind" merchants.
Which is actually illegal in the UK.

For Wal-Mart... is there really a way to stop the mega-business? Boycotting would have to be pretty much world-wide, so that's out... So is there any other way? =/

I am that person in Tesco, my Merc is Wide and Long and Tescos spaces arent big enough frankly , besides, the staff told me where to park especially in school hols or they drop bricks from a great height on to your car. Morrisons, I can deal with, I only use one space there, Damn, how cool am I - ONLY one space?????
