Angry Dos printing problem

Last year I set dos to use a printer on the networking. Tricking is so that it thought the network printer was LPT1. I now have a printer that I want to use in my LPT1 port but the computer is still searching for the network printer. I'm no longer on the network and I don't know how to change dos back to my LPT1 port in the back of my computer. Thanks so much for your time.

However you "tricked" it in the first place, just do the opposite and that should get it back.
