My old Word version, with OS 9 (talking Mac here) used to allow me to hold down the option key (I think it was) while scrolling down a column of figures in a document (not a table, a letter, e.g.) then hit the + key and get a total of the figures in that column. I don't see a way of doing that in MS Office/ Word for OS X 4.4. Anyone know?
