Microsoft Outlook 2003

Hello Im using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and it has begun showing up with this error message

Outlook is not responding. If you are using an Exchange server e-mail account, you can cancel pending server requests by clicking the Outlook icon in the notifications area, and then clicking Cancel Server Request on the shortcuts menu.

It comes up everytime i click on the outlook icon on the bar at the bottom of my screen (close to where the clock is located, dont know what that area is called... task bar maybe?) anyways i have both hotmail and my school e mail server (imap) hooked up to outlook. Any suggestions?? i have downloaded all the latest things from the microsoft website. Thanks

Turne!

First thing I'd do is double check the settings on the Imap. Could be they've changed something at the server end, so print off screenshots of your settings and take them in to the school network admin.

When you hit send/recieve (or F9), you get this message? Also, does the hotmail come through ok?

I will check the settings on the Imap. When i hit send/recieve everything (hotmail and imap) comes through fine. So after the error comes up all i have to do it press f9 (send/recieve) and its fine, just and annoyance! PS- how do i take screen shots?

Sorry mate, been offline for a while.
Basically, you cut it to the buffer and paste into any app you fancy (Word, and Paint being two popular ones).
Alt PrtSC will give you the active window, whereas
PrtSC on its own will give you the whole desktop.
Its usually somewhere on the top right of your keyboard and is usally a shared button. Mine shares SysRq on this keyboard.

It was recommended to me to sign up to www.photoshop.com to host my pictures. Simply save the image to "my pictures", then use the upload button on Photobucket.

Highlight and copy the IMG data directly below the photobucket item (top of 3 descriptions of the file), click the "insert Image" in the advanced editor and paste the data straight over the top. Worth "preview post" before you submit, cos it's a common error to mess it up

Sorry if I went a bit over the top and posted stuff you knew, but looks like we are in different time zones. Good luck, and have a go at posting an image in a thread.
