I recently bought a new printer and when I installed the drivers and tried
to use notepad to test print (because the printer is being networked) notepad freezes and has to shut down, same happens with word. When I try to go into the Control Panel and view my printers an error that winspool.drv has to shut down and shortly after a Windows Explorer error comes up saying it has encountered a problem too and needs to close. Why is it doing this? and What can I do to fix this?
