I am working on a network and often print jobs that are done on colored or special papers for mailing. I am located considerable distance from the printer I need to use for larger jobs. I usually "print to file" and then when I am at the printer and have put the correct paper in I will send the file to the printer. My problem is I have a postage printing software that does not offer the "print to file" option. Is there a way to set up a virtual printer on the system that is in fact the same as printing to file?
I am not trying to rip off the USPS here. The postage is dated and ID'd so duplicates would be flagged and caught. I simply want to be able to print it remotely at my convenience.
Any suggestions?
