How do I find out how much memory is being used, which programs are using it and exactly just how much they're using?

Thanks for any help in advancehttp://www.tigerdirect.com/images/eMail/mil248/memory.gif

Depends on your Windows version.

Win NT/2000/XP Task Manager "processes" tab gives you a pretty good view.

What is PF Usage? I mean I know what PF stands for, but what is it? Under Performance in Task Mngr\PF Usage, it says 126MB.

Just wondering what it is.

And thanks for the help on the other question...I feel stupid, because I always look at all of the processes running. Just add all those processes up and get your total of memory being used, right?

I've been up way to long, 5 am here now.

Thanks for your help. -Jaime

Hi crashNburn11 - this article offers quite a good overview of the Paging File Windows XP Virtual Memory / Paging File (http://www.wown.com/j_helmig/wxpvmem.htm). HTH
