Hello everyone.
I have two computers, a desktop and a laptop connected on a router. The printer is connected to the desktop and has been working fine now for atleast 6 months. No problems at all.
It worked last night as well. But tonight, when I went to print something from Notepad it continually said "Opening" as the status for a solid 10 minutes. It wouldn't print anything. I checked to make sure it was on and functioning and it is.
So, I deleted the printer, and then added it back, which took an extremely long time actually. Quite annoying. But nevermind that, I got it back on.
This time it says opening as well, but sometimes it will say Unable to Connect or something about the Print Spooling service not being on. I have checked the service and made sure all the settings are correct so that is not the problem. I am completely baffled how this happened!
