Array index out of bounds

I NEED HELP URGENTLY.

I load up a program and it works fine for 20 seconds or so
then The Window closes and all i have on the screen is a little box that looks like this

Array index out of bounds
OK

I Click OK and i pops back up again,:curse:

This is my first PC at home and dont know much about how to fix this sort of thing,

So ANYONE PLEASE HELP
