Newfound problem with LAN connection.

Ok, first off, I use Windows XP Pro. Have A modem/router upstairs which is connected physically to a PC, and the router (wireless) connects to the downstairs PCs (or anything).

My problem is that, all of a sudden, my internet connection displays the error "Little or no connectivity; and something along the lines of the network did not assign a network address". This only happened right after I was vaccuming the inside of my PC earlier, using a soft tip brush-vac. I don't know what I possibly could have damaged while doing it...

Are there any switches, perhaps, that I might have flipped in the process? My mainboard is an ECS Elite Group K7S5A, if that helps.

Also, the downstairs computer (the one I'm typing this on) is perfectly able to connect to the wireless router, so that much is in working order. Devices such as a Nintendo DS are also able to connect to it via WiFi. I'm pretty much completely stumped, as I'm usually on top of this stuff when it happens.

All help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: I will add that while dusting my components, everything was powered off and unplugged. Heh, just to clear that up.

What sort of network adapter do you have for that computer that you dusted? If you go into device manager and see the listed network adapters do you see a ? or ! beside it? If so right click that adapter then click properties and in the device status window does it say "this device is working properly or does it give an error of some type"? What may have happened is if you have a PCI network adapter of some sort you could have accidentally bumped it out of its PCI slot, I know you were most likely very careful but its worth a check.
