Network Problem(Please I need HELP)

I have a LAN with 4 computers. All of them are connected to a switch and the switch is connected to an ADSL Router (Linksys Wireless-G ADSL Home Gateway WAG354G). I'm 35m away from the router. All the cables are made by me, according to the specifications. My cable is CAT-6 because part of it is exposed to outside conditions. Anyway, dsl is working fine , but I connect at 10Mbit/s .
At the begining says 100Mbit/s and then when it recognizes and gives the appropriate IP and DNS, it goes to 10Mbit/s . For the record, my cable is not near power cables or something else that could interfere.
When we got just the LAN and we aren't connected to the internet the connection was made at 100Mbit/s. (We are talking about difference in the actual speed, at 100Mbit-> 6,5-8MB/s and at 10Mbit/s 'round 2,5MB/s). I don't know what is going on!
UTP cables have 8 smaller cables. I have heard that only 4 of them are used actually.

Any Suggestion Please. For surfing the Internet 10Mbit/s is fine, but when I want to send or receive something from the other computers I must wait for a long time.

What switch do you have? Is it a 100 base-T ?

Crazy computers!!

Today was a day of miracles.
I can't explain what happened
I changed the IP adress from 192.168.1.6 to 192.168.1.3
and when I pressed OK the connection was made at 100Mbprs.
What happened, I don't know.
Can anyone explain that? Please, I need to know what is going on with this thing. It's mysterioys. I am going mad here!!!
