Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem. When I try to print some pages from the internet, my computer locks up. When I hit CTRL+ALT+DEL, in the close program I find(highlighted) Spool32(Not responding).

I thank you. I have gone through these many times, there is no mention of the error message; Spool32(Not responding). I have tried these fixes and apparently none of them apply to the problem I am having.

Howdy and welcome to CTH:
Try removing your printer and printer software and then re-installing it..
