Problem with Screen Resolution

After I reinstalled Windows ME, I cannot get the screen resolution to go above 16 colors. It's not the monitor as I tried another monitor and that was the same way. I used to have high resolution. Does anyone know what happened and if it can be fixed?

You may have to reinstall your video drivers.

Do you have a restore disk for your system?

Hello, I am having a problem with my daughter's computer. I can't get any higher than 16 as well. It has a check in the box in the bottom box. I can't remember what it says, but I can't get it unchecked. Do you have any suggestions for me. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

It's best if you start you own thread pertaining to your own issue, it will avoid confusion. ;)

As for your issue, I would try reinstalling your video drivers and see if that fixes it. :happy:
