How To update BIOS for MGTWG motherboard?
How do I do This? Need some help plz...m6twg not mgtwg..

This is where to download the bios from:

This is a Award bios, so you will need the Award bios flasher utility:
Go to this page and read the Biostar info (You have a Biostar board)
http://www.biostar.com.tw/support/bios/index.php3
at the bottom of the page you will see the download site, follow directions!
The manual is here for your socket 370 board:

Your chipset is the Intel i810, drivers here:
