Question Juniper Network problem

I don't know anything about this, so I don't know what all information I need to provide or ask about. I have been logging on from my computer (XP Home) at home to my work network - which is a Juniper network and have had no problems accessing any of my files until around November or December, 2005 - and then when I try to logon I get a "Windows Terminal Server Proxy" message - "The specified computer name contains invalid characters. Please verify the name and try again." At the present time, we do not have an System Administrator that could troubleshoot this problem I have. ANY information would be greatly appreciated. We have not installed any new programs or changed settings or anything that I can think of that would effect this. In the last month, I have installed Norton's Antivirus 2006, but that would be it. Thanks for any help!
