put the following code (i got the marquee code in their too for you):

Code:
<center><table border=1><tr><td><marquee behavior=scroll hieght="25" width="225" scrollamount="3" direction=up><center>
02/10/12

<p>
Today I am Creating all the pages I'll Need for the site and then go from there so just be patient. I'm Looking to set up a webring. If you can help email me at manitoban_fishin@yahoo.ca
<p>
02/10/13
<p>
Now I'm thrying to learn how to use tables so if anyone wants to do it for me they can just email me and tell me that they would like to do it and i'll set you up.</marquee></center></td></tr></td></table></center>

Note: the mailto thing turned out bad on the forums but that should be the only thing you have to change.

ON the <table border=1> tag you can change it to 2 or 3etc. and it will change the width .
