Major problem, and I dont understand how my comp is working. I have dial up internet and the problem is, once I dial up and it connects, a webpage pops up automatically and it doesn't load. And then it after a while of loading it fails and quits and leaves a message saying something like webpage was not found, or that I could be on "workoffline" mode. So what I usually do to fix this problem is close all web browsers, disconnect the internet and retry again. But I think the reason is because my System Resources are low at startup. I think after boot up its under 80% on System Resources. And I have 128MB RAM. And I dont really have much running on startup. Could system resource somehow be connected with the harddrive. Because on harddrive I only have 5 gigs left. For now, I will leave this here, and hope someone can help me out with my computer situation. Aight thanks

IF you need more info, just let me know and I'll upload it.
