Question *Resolved* Pulling hair out time ... for a change PHP on Win2k

Ok downloaded and installed PHP no probs. Ran the test page and up popped the page you would expect..

However ... making a call from a .html doc to a .php one isn't bleeding working using the standard

<?php include("myscript.php"); ?> from within the html document and doing an echo in the php one just to verify...... something pretty screwy going on....

Hey Jethro

When you ran the test page did u notice that the extension on the page was .php

For php scripts to run the extension of the html file needs to be .php so that your computer knows it needs to look for the php scripts

To make the page run im sure all u need to do is rename the html file to .php
