File System Help

Hello, I have some files i would like someone to take the time to help me put them together for my new site so i can have a nice file system. i want a file system as in an administration menu somewhere, then i pick wether i wanna upload a movie,picture,games,download,flash,etc.. and then browse and upload and then when it uploads it goes 2 the right catorgorie and its on my website so for example i wanna upload a movie.. i upload that movie frogger = P and in the process i can put in a small comment.. then click submit or somthing then it uploads that file or game and it goes to game section. and u go there it will tell how many downloads it has had etc.. lots of details..

But i rlly have all that i just need help from someone to take some time 2 help me wont take more than 10 mins please help.. mabe i can affilate your site as a thank you.

Are you sure this has everything i want... As in makes the download go 2 the right catorgorie and put info on it etc..
