Upgrade From Windows 95 To 98?

My laptop a IBM thinkpad 380ED runs windows 95. i would like to upgrade to 98 or 98SE .Does anyone know where i can get a reasonably priced up grade disk or download.Thanks

Sorry no one has replied, if you still need the info:

That lappie came with 16MB memory I think, how much memory in it? Although Win 98 will run on as little as 8MB memory, I would recommend at least 32MB minimum to get the full benefit of "98".

EBAY is probably the cheapest,

although you can still find upgrade Windows 98 cd's reasonable at places like:

You cannot download the upgrade legally.
