windows media player help?

my windows media player wont open. it just comes up with an error saying: An internal application error has occured. Iv tried reinstalling but still nothing. any ideas?

Try uninstalling it again,delete everything you can find to do with it,then run REG SEEKER (www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm) and let it clean all the old keys,then try re-installing it!!!!!
