mobile fone locater

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knows of an application that I can use to locate a mobile fone (phone!) similar to GPS, possibly something that can track the number or similar.
My reasons for this??? I have three teenagers and they tell me they are in one place and I BLOODY WELL KNOW they are somewhere else, so with an application (if available) I can nail the little so and so's.
