Can Someon Please edit my Audio,its out of sync

I give up ,Ive tried every thing to get this sound in sync with this video clip.Its just a 4 minute video.Or if you can show me step by step,I have Movie Maker but I cant figure this thing out,I ripp it and the audio comes out 2 seconds behind what its saying
Help Ive been at this for 3 weeks

Is everything out of sinc by the excat same time? if so its easy enough.

Save the movie in its out of sinc version
Use a conversion software, like the videozilla free trial to convert your film into a .wav or mp3 format (thats sound only)

Now open windows movie maker again, make sure its on timeline mode, not storyboard mode. Put your movie back in but mute it this time. Now put the sound file containing every sound from the move in. And fiddle with the start stop times untill it lines up.
