DVD copying

Hi,
I have just recorded my holiday video onto a DVD by plugging my camcorder into my TV and then recorded via my DVD recorder. I now want to make a copy of the DVD but my pc doesn't seem to recognise that there is a DVD in my E drive. I haven't got the appropriate leads to plug my camcorder into my pc.
Can anyone out there help.

Is your DVD disk a + or an - because some DVD writers don't recongnise some disks, is it dual band? My DVD writer only recongnises Packard bell and Phillips disks, there's nothing you can do about it, just buy other disks.
