downloading files from these forums

In another forum build by vBulletin I am experiencing problems when downloading images and zip files. everytime I click save as the filename automatically saves as attachment.php. I can rename them later, but is so frustrating when saving. It is only these forums that I expereince this problem. I dont have the problem with IE webpages.

I may have photoparade on the computer but the program is functioning and requires an update.

Do you have any idea why this is happening. Or how can I remove this photoparade program, or even getting a shareware version of photoparade would be nice.
