I would suspect the NIC's manufacturers website would be your best bet!!!

With driver I always do a scan with http://www.drivershq.com/
It tells you exactly what driver you need and if its indate or out of date.
If free you only have to pay to download the drivers from them.
Just copy and past the driver names into google and get them for free.
