Extract selected pages from a pdf file

I am using Adobe Reader to read pdf files. I want to select only few pages from a document and email to a friend. For example, from a 10 pages document in pdf format, I want to extract only page 4,5 and 6 and email only these 3 pages to a friend without showing him the rest of the pages, and I also want to save it separately, is there a way to do this. Thanks for advice.

You can use a PDF print driver, such as PDFCreator, to "print" the pages you select into another PDF document.
