Looking for some ITunes help for Windows

Windows xp pro here having problems with Itunes being able to rip. I've reinstalled several times to no avail. I've also uninstalled Musicmatch and Media Monkey in case they were the culprits.

Well, that certainly fixed the error message. Starts up like a charm now. Will see if I can rip. Let you know if any more problems.
