Nero cover designer missing file

I can't open my Nero Cover Designer It says I'm missing def.dat file I deleted the program and re-installed it but it says its still missing Any one know what I can do about it Please Please Please :

Try disabling your antivirus, firewall, etc. protection first. Please don't remain connected to the internet unprotected, so if you don't at least have a hardware firewall, stay off the internet.
