looking for japanese lang. pack

Does anyone know where I can download(free) a japanese language pack for Windows XP? Websites I go to in japanese, I see the characters correctly but in games, the japanese letters look like gibberish, like those alt codes. I found a lang. pack for office xp but I'm not sure if I can use it, my comp. is windows xp home edition.
