tab button.and dll file

the tab button isnt working properly
i use to use it all the time to go to the next box below or something but it just goes onto the webpage behind it instead.
its annoying cos i use it quite alot

also how come my computer suddenly lost a important dll file when i didnt delete anything.i had to do the windows setup.was it a virus?

What exactly is the error message? Have you Googled for it?

i didnt bother to write down the error...
and the tab key is working now..weird
