Can any one give me a cheap site to use to open a web site with email address to match web page????????????

You need a domain name to have an email domain.
Obviously you also need a mail server.

Some options
Get a free domain with a service such as no-ip.com
You will also be able to send email via an alias.


Purchase webhosting. You will almost certainly get email with it.
