errors...help

ok well i downloaded net tools 4.0 and then uninstalled it. So I restarted my computer and I got some error messages.

Here they are-

(when i logged on this is the 1st one i got)
Error Loading powrprof.dll a device attached to the system is not functioning

(when I tried to open AOL)
The MSIMG32.DLL file is linked to missing export GDI32.DLL:GdiGradientFill

(when i logged on aswell)
The powrprof.dll file is linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:RegOpenCurrentUser

im on windows 98 and if anyone could help i'd greatly appreciate it.

Here's some info from MS on the missing or corrupt powrprof.dll file;

While running the system file checker you may have the option to replace the rest of the missing or corrupt files as well.
