any one have any ideas on how i could make the gravity in a specific area be more intense like 5 times more?

Sure. Build a roller coaster in your specific area. Accelerating you upward at 19.6 meters/second2, then your total experience is 3 g's in the downward direction (1 g from gravity itself and 2 g's from the upward acceleration).
Needing 5X may require you to put jet engines on the coaster for faster acceleration.
Hey, it's the only thing I could come up with.:D
Or, hop in to one of my home town's Navy Blue Angel F-18 Hornets capabile of -3 to +9 G's. They furnish vomit bags.:rotflmao:

While certain pilots can withstand about 9G's, they have special equipment and training. Typical humans may be able to withstand 5 for short periods, but can easily slip into g-loc (loss of consciousness).
Also, do you want practical ways, or theoretical ones?
