post picture in website

i set up an account in a classic car website. each member has a picture of a car above his name in the author column then sometimes another picture in the message area. how is this done? i'd like to have a pic of my car in my account.

That all depends. Is the second picture in their "signature" or just in the "body" of their post?

Does the board have HTML enabled or UBB code?

if UBB is enabled....(Minus that extra period i put in before the first img)

<img src="http://www.mysite.com/mycar.jpg">
if UBB is disabled and HTML enabled.

Although most just use UBB buttons like you might see here. Looks like a postcard with mountains.
